We are excited that bookings are open for the inaugural Larch UV Party on Friday 26th January.

Tickets cost £5 and include UV face paints/tape, water/squash and a small treat at the end of the party.  Please send in named ear defenders with your child, should they need them.

We are also offering a 'Pay it Forward' scheme again this year.  If you are able to donate the cost of a ticket, we will pass on your act of kindness.

Please do not attempt to book via the office, as cash is not accepted. Sales close promptly on Friday 12th January.

Please ensure children wear appropriate clothing - white, neon or 'glow in the dark' items and accessories are great but please, no crop tops, hot pants, make-up, or branded team kits.

Timings

The UV Party for Years 1, 2 and 3 will start at 4.15pm and finish at 5.15pm. 

If your child usually attends Busy Lizzie's and will be in their care after school, then they will be taken to the party.  Don't forget to send them to school with a change of clothes!  Please note, you will need to collect directly from us at 5.30pm as Busy Lizzie's are unable to take the children back after the party due to safeguarding reasons.  Please arrive promptly, we have a tight turn around for the next sitting.

If your Year 3 child usually attends Explorers on this day, they will be brought to the party and collected afterwards (if they usually stay later than 4.30pm).  Don't forget to send them to school with a change of clothing! Please collect at your usual time from Explorers and notify them of any changes to pick up arrangements.

The UV Party for Years 4, 5 and 6 will start at 5.30pm and finish at 6.30pm. Please collect promptly.

Logistics

Upon arrival, your child(ren) will be registered as they enter the hall.  After hanging their coats on the downstairs pegs, they can make their way to the Larch hall where the UV Party will take place. Our entertainer will ensure each setting has age appropriate fun and games and children will have the opportunity to have some UV paint/tape/transfers applied by our willing volunteers. Please advise of allergies if you feel this may be unsuitable.

At the end of the party, to collect your child(ren), please make your way to the Larch hall.  

Year 1 (and later Year 4) will be dismissed via the front hall door, nearest to Busy Lizzie's and the swimming pool.

Year 2 (and later year 5) will be dismissed via the trim trail gates (to the rear or the hall).

Year 3 (and later year 6) will be dismissed via the front hall doors, nearest to the secondary building.

If there are siblings attending, younger siblings will be asked to join their older siblings for dismissal.

Please ensure you inform the school of any pick up arrangements, outside of your usual arrangement.

UV Party is being organised by Simon Balle All-through School PSA in conjunction with the Larch Centre.
