Party at the Park

 18/09/2021 (Sat)  12:00 - 16:00
Further Information

Our Party at the Park outdoor festival is open to all, and free entry includes kids' discos, live music from A Bag Full of Hats, storytime sessions with the teachers, a play zone for kids, and close up magic from Mr Mysto of the Magic Circle.

Mr Mysto will also be performing ticketed shows aimed at KS1 and KS2 audiences and East Sussex School of Circus Arts will have pre-bookable circus skills workshops available for drop in from 12 to 3pm. Tickets for the circus skills workshop and magic shows are available to pre-book on our events page, for £3 per child (parental supervision is required for both these activities). If the festival has to be cancelled, a refund will be offered on pre-booked tickets.

We have a selection of local businesses holding stalls at the event, as well as an ice cream van, our own PTA-run tombolas, games and ‘barrow of booze’ prize draw. Refreshments will be on offer throughout the event, from our outdoor tearoom, bar and BBQ.

The Friends of Halsford Park School AGM will be held at the end of this event, at 4pm.

Fundraising

Exciting News! We've very nearly reached our £ target for the Key Stage 1 Trim Trail Redevelopment!! However, there is lots more that the school needs from us, so look out for updates on where PTA money is being spent, and our upcoming projects!

Can you help?
