Rounders in the Park

Further Information

Get ready for an electrifying experience! Our FOBG Rounders tournament will be pumped up and passionately officiated by none other than Mr Smail. He'll be keeping the energy high and the competition fair, ensuring every moment is filled with excitement and intensity. Don't miss out on this super event!

⚾ When registering as a player, please include the year group of your child, so we can allocate you into the appropriate team. If year groups have more players than places we will be allocating teams out of a hat

If both parents are playing, we'll place you in different year groups to ensure someone is available to supervise the children whilst the game is on!

⚾Each team has 10 places. There will be one team per year group.

Register as a Rounders team player for £10
Please include your child's year group below.

For spectators, admission is £5 per adult and £3 per child.

Fundraising

Every year, we aim to raise upwards of £30k, which goes towards providing facilities and equipment to advance the education of all children at the school. How this is spent each year will vary, however typically the FOBG will allocate circa £12k to the library; plus £2k to support workshops for the children and a further £2,500 for art resources.

Other funding will vary. The school will put forward funding requests, which are voted on by the committee. In the past funding has been allocated to items such as the music pod, front of school redesign, playground refurbishments and equipment.

Want to know more? Have some fundraising ideas? Come and join us at our next committee meeting!
