Plans are underway for the 2024 Slice of Summer, summer fair.  This year, it will take place mostly outside in the secondary phase of Simon Balle, on Saturday 13th July, 12-4pm.

We would be delighted if you became part of our summer event.  Your booking link will remain live until Friday 3rd May.  After this date, we will offer the booking opportunity to stallholders on our waiting list.

Please understand that we do our best to offer a good selection of quality stalls. While we are keen avoid booking duplicates, on occasion they may be another stall offering a similar product. We accept bookings based on the information that our applicants provide. The more information shared, the better informed we are when it comes to sending out booking invitations. Please see list of existing bookings below.

All pitches are outdoors, we recommend you bring your own own gazebos for shade, but these must be weighted. Unfortunately we do not have any spare gazebos to hire out. If you have a strong preference to be indoors, please email us to see if we can accommodate your request before you complete the booking form.

We can offer either a 6ft space for £25 plus raffle donation, or a double 12ft pitch for £40 plus raffle donation.
All monies collected go directly to Simon Balle PSA, a registered charity.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment is made.  Should you wish to cancel your booking, please do so before 13.6.24 in order to receive a refund, or the option to roll your booking over to our winter fair, the Frost Fair, which will take place on 7th December 2024.The completed declaration and information you provide will be kept on file.  In the event of an insurance claim, the PSA may be expected to provide Zurich Insurance Company with a copy of your responses.

• Honey and beeswax candle sales
• Organic Body and face oils, Soaps and lotions
• Glitter tattoos are great for adults as well as children and can last for upto 7 days. 
• Sterling silver jewellery
• Bath bombs, soaps, whipped soap, bath melts, shower steamers etc
• T shirts cups craft items baby items gift boxes bath bomb gift sets bags 
• Jewellery, bookmarks, bottle lights, pebble art, canvases
