Collecting this information
Whenever we seek to collect information from you or your child, we make it clear whether providing it is mandatory or optional. If it is mandatory, we will explain the possible consequences of not complying.
How we store this data
We keep all electronic personal information on a secured database for the whole academic year that it is collected in. At the end of each academic year all data will be deleted from the secure database. Any paper based information e.g. raffle tickets, will be stored securely and confidentially disposed of. If you want a copy of the information we hold on you please email PTFA@st-francis.lancs.sch.uk.

There could be many reasons why you didn’t receive an order confirmation email from us.
Firstly, please first check your spam or junk mail folder to check it hasn’t been filtered in there.
Secondly, please ensure you add to your contact list or safe sender / white list.
Finally, if you are using an email service provider such as Hotmail or AOL please be advised that they restrict the volume of messages that can be received from a sender and therefore you should download your tickets from "My Account" section of the St Francis PTFA website.
