Outdoor Learning is beneficial to all learners: it fosters connection between students, deepens engagement with curriculum topics, and improves mental and physical wellbeing. For these reasons, Mr. Pickering has a goal to extend outdoor learning at the school.
These exclusive T-shirts, designed by a renowned local illustrator, have been created to celebrate the school's focus on using green spaces to bring learning to life.
This term sees the launch of a community garden with raised bed allotments for each class. Every student will help plant a seed, transplant their seedlings, and watch them grow through the year, culminating in a festival this Autumn where students harvest their crops. Funds raised through the sale of these T-shirts will help buy materials to build raised beds, soil, seeds, and ongoing supplies (possibly a greenhouse), and enable staff to further grow the scope of the project.
We will be printing a limited quantity - based on pre-sale numbers - so please place your order now to avoid disappointment. Tees will arrive in time for you to collect at this year’s May Fair on Saturday 11 May.
Unfortunately we don’t have any future events planned at the moment.

The Parent Teacher Association exists to promote positive relationships between staff, parents and the school community. It aims to support the school by raising money for additional facilities that do not come from government funding. We are a committee of parents, carers and teachers working together to organise events and raise funds to enrich the experience of the children at our school. We sell tickets to our fundraising events such as Discos, our Christmas Fayre and Summer BBQ.
