Hello Campers,
Please join us for the Annual Family Camping Weekend in Dulwich Woods. The campsite is a short car ride from the school at South London Scout Centre, Grange Lane, London SE21 7LH or a short walk from Sydenham Hill Station.
Please see below some useful information. Please do read this carefully and let us know if you have any further questions by emailing:hello@friendsofthefreeschool.org.uk
Please note you are responsible for your children and your personal possessions at all times. Please keep any valuable items with you.
The camping cannot run without the many volunteers that help make this weekend the amazing event it has been for many years. We have plenty of volunteering opportunities and you can sign up on the website www.friendsofthefreeschool.org.uk.
We need volunteers to help with the Saturday evening BBQ from 5:00pm - 6.30pm, the BBQ clear up between 7.30pm and 8.30pm, Sunday morning breakfast preparation/cooking at 8am and from 9am onwards help with general clearing up/recycling etc.
If you haven't already, please sign up now! We will have the volunteering rota available at the campsite in case you forget what you have signed up for.
If you have a spare picnic table or portable gazebo that you could lend us, please let us know.
We're really looking forward to seeing you all on Saturday 29th June
