There could be many reasons why you didn’t receive an order confirmation email from us.
Firstly, please first check your spam or junk mail folder to check it hasn’t been filtered in there.
Secondly, please ensure you add to your contact list or safe sender / white list.
Finally, if you are using an email service provider such as Hotmail or AOL please be advised that they restrict the volume of messages that can be received from a sender and therefore you should download your tickets from "My Account" section of the Friends of Grange Schools website.
No. You can print and send the boarding pass in with your child if you wish but it isn't a necessity as the school will have details of all purchases.
Several of our lovely parents asked this last year and your contributions are gratefully received. If you wish to make a donation, please purchase a separate ticket and use the name 'Christmas Gift' and choose any class when you check out.
If you do not want your child to participate in this event that's not a problem. Please let the school know by Wednesday 15th December so that alternative arrangements can be made for them.
We are always looking for volunteers to help us run events. The team who have been involved with the event for the last 6 years will be stepping down from FOGS at the end of this academic year. We would love to hear from you if you would be interested in running this event along with others next year. Please do get in touch with FOGS via the facebook page if you would like to find out more.

FOGS are a group of volunteer parents who organise fundraising events for the benefit of all the children at Grange Schools in Stratton.
