We will be hosting a Summer Disco on the 9th July at Woking Football club Years R, 1 and 2

Disco commences at 4:30 for 1 hour. Please do not come straight from school, we will be setting up and cannot watch your children till the start time. (Enter through the front gates and we will be there waiting for you). There's no need to print tickets, we will have class lists ready to check you into the disco. 

We will be selling an assortment of disco accessories and sweets at the disco so please bring some change. Tickets include a bag of crisps and unlimited squash and water. 

Please note - we have strict capacity policy so do not to bring younger siblings along who are not at Westfield Primary. We understand some younger children will feel happier with a known grown up with them so have reduced the capacity to allow for this, but please be aware if we near our capacity we will have to ask adults to wait outside (there's covered seating areas you can wait in right outside the door). Priority will go to Volunteers, so please consider signing up to help, not enough helpers means the disco will be cancelled.

We require ALL children to be collected by an adult after the disco. We request adults do not sit in cars in the carpark waiting for children to leave and find you - we simply do not have the volunteers to go into the car park to check children are going with correct adults. Please exit your cars and collect from the door only or they will be kept inside until you do. 

Please be respectful to our volunteers and collect children promptly at 7pm.
