ESTATE AGENT BOARDS
 
For the past few years, the PTA have secured sponsorship for events e.g. Quiz Night, Christmas fair and the Community day from local estate agents.  
This makes a big difference to the amount of money we can raise to help the school.  
Many other schools and charities also have similar arrangements with local estate agents.
 
How it works:
The agent agrees with us to advertise the event (and their company) through a number of boards put up outside parent/ carers homes.  In return for each board, the PTA receives an amount of money.  Typically, we have agreed to 50 boards for each event = £1000 per event!
The agents put up the boards, take them down and you don't have to do anything.
 
What do you need to do?
If you are happy to have a board, please sign up here. Add a quantity of 1 to your basket and then checkout (as you would do if you were buying a ticket for an event). You will be asked to provide some information such as your address, postcode and if you have any specific requirements - you won’t be charged anything!
 
What does the PTA do?
This year, we will collate a list of people happy to have a board for events at the start of the academic year.
Prior to the event, if you have signed up you will receive an email of when the board should go up, when it should come down - typically 3 weeks in total.  (If you change your mind, you can opt out at this point if you like)
Note: you may not get an email for every event if we have a large number of volunteers.

What we do

The Dundonald Primary School Parent Teacher Association (PTA) aims to support the school and to help provide a wider and richer experience for the pupils at Dundonald. The objectives of the PTA are to organise events and activities that raise funds for equipment and projects in school, to organise social events for the enjoyment of the pupils, their families and the wider community and to represent the children's interests in community matters. The organised events vary from year to year but typically include summer and Christmas fair, quiz night, movie night, and more.
