We're so excited! The Circus is coming to Perdiswell on Fri 5th July 2024!!

'The National Festival Circus is a magical mix of laughter and excitement. Slapstick clowns, balancing equilibrilists, fast tempo juggling, baffling magic, high flying diabolos, award winning international circus artists and bucketfuls of fabulous fun.'

There will be a show held at 4:00pm and a repeat show at 5:30pm

Wristbands will be £10:00 each (early bird sales will be available until Fri 24th May at £8.50 each)

Circus Questions and Answers

Q. – What is happening on Fri 5th July?
A. – The PTA have invited the National Festival Circus to perform 2 shows after school on Fri 5th July. The 200 seat red and white Big Top Circus tent will be pitched on the Perdiswell playing field and we will have a selection of our usual Summer Fayre stalls – with a Circus theme - for everyone to enjoy.

Q. - What are the timings of the Summer fayre and Circus?
A. – The Summer fayre entrance is free will be open to everyone to enjoy after school on Fri 5th July. In addition to the Summer Fayre there will be a 4:00pm Circus Show and a 5:30pm Circus show. You are required to purchase a wristband to watch the Circus show.

Q. - Where can I buy a wristband?
A. - Wristbands are available to pre order from www.pta-events.co.uk/perdiswell. On the day of the Circus you will be able to collect your wristbands from the allocated collection point. You will not be able to enter the Circus tent without one.

Q. - How much are the wristbands?
A. - Wristbands are £10.00 per person (Early bird sales are available until Fri 24th May at £8.50 per person) The tent capacity is 200 people per show so once we are sold out we are sold out! Show wristbands are not interchangeable (i.e. 4pm show wristbands will not allow entrance into the 5:30pm show and vice versa.) Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Q. - Can I bring young children?
A. - Children under 2 are free but must be seated on a parent/carers lap - please note no pushchairs or buggies are allowed inside the Circus tent. A storage area will be provided for you to leave pushchairs during the performance.

Q. - Who can come?
A. - Everyone! It is a family show suitable for all ages. It is not restricted to Perdiswell families so please invite all your friends and family to join us. The Circus tent seats 200 people and the more people that are there, the better the atmosphere is.

Q. - Are their animals in the show?
A. - No, there are no animals in the show.

Q. - What food will be available?
A. – Hot food will be available, more information will be released once we have confirmed the bookings.

Q. - What else is there to do?
A. - Lot's! We have face painting, temporary tattoos, games stalls, cakes and refreshments to name a few! The Circus will also sell a range of Circus related items along with popcorn and candyfloss.
