Tunstall School Christmas Bazaar with The Salvation Army

We need your help!
The PTA elves have already started making plans for this years bazaar but to make this evening a fun and successful evening we need your help!
Would you like a craft stall? Stall prices are £12. Please contact Juliet Sensier on 07810898135 to book your stall.
Do you have any spare wrapping paper that you would be happy to donate for us to use to help Santa wrap the grotto gifts and for the Christmas Gift room? Please bring along to the small hall on Thursday 15th November.
Are you a Wizz in the kitchen? We would really appreciate some lovely Christmas cakes to be donated for our Cake stall?
Please bring your cakes or biscuits donations to the small school hall
On the morning of Tuesday 4th or the morning of Wednesday 5th December
To enable us to return your cake tins/Tupperware please put your name and add childs class on them, and they will be available to collect from the small hall on Thursday 6th December.
Due to some children in school having severe nut allergies we would politely ask that ALL items are nut free.
This year we will be running a Christmas Raffle with lots of great Christmas gifts and COLOURED HAMPERS!!
We would be very grateful if you could donate an item for the colour of your childs class! i.e. sweets, candles, socks, soap, wine etc.
Raffle tickets will be coming home via the book bags on the week beginning Monday 26th November 2018.
Please bring your donations to the School small hall on the morning of Thursday 15th November where there will be boxes clearly marked with each class colour.

As in past years we will be running a Christmas Grotto where Children can come and visit Santa, Tickets will be available to book via our website as of Monday 19th November at 8pm and will close at midnight on the 3rd December. We have limited availability so please ensure that you book a ticket to avoid disappointment! To allow for Santa to see as many children as possible there will be some afternoon slots available for KS1 children only. Grotto price is £3.00 per child
All money raised from this event will support the PTA raise much needed funds for the School to support our children get the extra resources and experiences . We will also make a donation to The Salvation Army as a thank you for their support this year.

Tunstall School PTA
We are currently raising funds for playground equipment at our new school. 50% of all money raised will be put aside for this long term goal, while the remaining 50% will be available for all other requests.

The PTA raises money which is spent on improving equipment and resources to enhance our children's education and the school facilities as well as providing closer links between home and school. It is an excellent way to bring staff, parents and friends together socially in support of the school, working towards a common goal.

E-Tickets will be dispatched to the email address you registered with along with your order confirmation. Please ensure you have the facility to print off your tickets or have them accessible on a mobile device so they can be scanned on entry to the event.

£20 per month or we have a very special offer for May only. Pay annually and get 50% discount (£120) payable by Direct Debit / BACS of which 15% after transaction fees is given straight back to Tunstall Primary School PTA.
2) Secondary advertising. Your logo displayed on all pages. These will be randomly chosen and the logos will change very 5 seconds. An example is below:
