Infants Disco (Years 1 & 2: 15.15 - 16.15)
Different to last year, the Infants Disco will now take place straight after school ends which means there is no need to collect your child at the end of the day as they will be escorted to the school hall by their teacher. Children will enjoy a disco and entertainment and will be provided with a snack and a drink. All included in the ticket price.
Juniors Discos (Years 3 & 4: 16.30 - 17.30 / Years 5 & 6: 17.45 - 18.45)
Children will enjoy a disco and entertainment and have the opportunity to purchase a selection of hot food, snacks and drinks. We will also have a photo booth and a selection of flashy merchandise for sale. Party wear or fancy dress (optional).
Drop off: Please can we ask that children are dropped of at the main reception entrance where a register will be taken. There will be no tickets available on the door and parents will not be allowed past this point unless they have volunteered for the event beforehand.
Collection: Pick up will be from the side entrance to the school hall via the staff car park (under no circumstances should people collecting children park in this car park). Children will be dismissed to their parents by a year group volunteer. If you arrange for someone other than a parent to collect your child a password will be required and this must be given during the booking process. No child will be allowed to leave unaccompanied.
It is extremely important for the running of the discos that all drop offs and pick ups are prompt as we only have a 15 minute slot for change over!
For health and safety reasons, we do need a number of adults to volunteer and help to keep things in order on the day. We are also required to have a first aider present, so if you can help in any way, please indicate this on the volunteer section and we will get in contact. We are also asking for emergency contact details to be given during the booking process.
All items of value should be kept on persons at all times or even better, left at home! We are unable to accept responsibility for any lost items.
