Winter Woodland Walk has been postponed due to new government guidelines.

Further Information

A friendly family adventure within the woodland outside our school, to look at and explore frames of art to celebrate the reading, learning and art work of our children, the theme of the event will be set around the new books provided by the S&PA's fundraising last year.

14 large picture frames will be set up around the woodland allowing families to wrap up warm and get some exercise together enjoying both a stroll around the woodland and looking at each of the classes individual works of art , with some bonus selfies along the way.

You will be provided with a map to follow and find the 14 picture frames, each frame will be designed and decorated by each class with their own ideas to celebrate the books that they have been reading in school.

Each Frame will also have a letter on them to spell out and provide you with a beautiful festive message from our children. The design of the frame will not give the name of the books that are being studied but instead will provide clues to identify the stories being expressed by our children's art work.

Selfies are welcomed and please upload them onto the S&PA face book page.
Little treats will be available at £1.50 each including, hot chocolate and marshmallow drinks to make when you get home, sherbet mixers or candyfloss if you prefer will also be available on the day, we will only be able to accept cash on the day or pre-payment as we don't have a card facility to take payment.

Tickets will go on sale soon on pta-events.
Please understand that due to the current government guidance with covid-19 time allocation will be provided giving families time to enjoy the event staggered throughout the day providing both safety and enjoyment with physical distancing.

Under 3's are free, £1.50 per person or a family ticket will be available at £5.00 per family.

You will be allocated a 5 minute start window so we can maintain social distancing, but still allow time for everyone to enjoy the event.

We hope to see you there.
