There could be many reasons why you didn't receive an order confirmation email from us.
Firstly, please first check your spam or junk mail folder to check it hasn't been filtered in there.
Secondly, please ensure you add us to your contact list or safe sender list.
Finally, if you are using an email service provider such as Hotmail or AOL please be advised that they restrict the volume of messages that can be received from a sender and therefore you should download your tickets from "My Account" section of the St Marks School & Parents Association website.
No you do not have to print tickets for Discos, PJ Nights or Quizzes.
We have a list on the door to our events and so we are able to tick children off as they arrive. This list also doubles as our emergency contact sheet.
PLEASE NOTE - For Circus you will need to print or have access to an electronic copy of your tickets to gain entry to the event.
If you purchased products that showed a QR Code you should have received an order confirmation email from St Marks School & Parents Association .
In the email is a PDF attachment containing all your tickets. Unfortunately, the IOS mail app has issues rendering PDFs so although you can see an attachment icon you cant actually see the PDF. You can download a copy of your tickets from the "My Account" section of the website or alternatively, download the email to another device.

St Mark's School & Parents Association is a registered charity, run by a team of volunteers. We raise monies all through the year by organising events and activities, including fairs, discos, quiz nights and much more. We are helped enormously by Mrs Burn and Dave Coombs and the office staff, as well as other teachers at various events too. In order to raise the funds needed to purchase the valuable resources to enhance the children's experience at the school (previous purchases have included the library, minibus, scooter racks, play trail, peace garden and sound system) we need your help! We have lots of email addresses on our mailing list however we always need more help to cover events and would love more people to join in our regular meetings. We are a friendly team and all are welcome, we would love to have more help so if you are interested please email us on stmarkssandpa@hotmail.co.uk Thank you
