Thank you so much to everyone who attended the AGM and initial PSA meeting for 2019/20.  It was great to see some new faces but also to catch up with longstanding friends!

Please let me know if you have any comments or questions regarding the minutes.

Our next meeting will be on Monday, October 21st, 7pm.  IT2 (mobile classroom opposite the Coffee Shop)

As a quick reminder, we have a number of events coming up this term, which we really need PSA member support for.  Please get in touch if you can spare an hour or more of your time to assist with these events :


CAN YOU HELP...…………?

Anytime between 3- 5pm with set up / decoration 

Anytime between 7pm - 11pm to run a bar and / or assist with clear up

We really need another 2 people to help on the bar ………….. and make sure we really make the best of this event.  Kelly and her team have worked really hard organising this event .  Please support if you can.  Thank you,


Joules Sale: Wednesday 4th Dec

We have a team working on this event, but still need more assistance. Tasks involve set up, running of bar and clear up
Timings are : Set up 3pm -6pm, sale 6-8pm, clear up 8pm – 10pm.  Please let us know if this is something you are interested in being involved with (again even if you can only help for an hour).



Frost Fair: Saturday 7th December

One of our really popular and very profitable events of the year - great fun to be involved in planning and executing.  Plenty of opportunities before and during the event, if you'd like to volunteer.


Carol Concert: Wednesday 18th December 7pm, All Saints Church

A truly special evening or wonderful music and festive cheer- if you are able to help preparing and serving refreshments (before enjoying the entertainment) please let us .


Take Note Choir evening: Saturday 14th December,

Another special evening of musical entertainment - we need volunteers to run a bar.  If you are able to support, please let us know and put this date in your diary.
