Raffle Ticket Ordering/Payment (on sale from 26th March)
Pre-order Summer Raffle tickets today! Orders will be sent home to Larch families after the May half term and will be available for secondary students to collect from the school office.
After the May half term...
Tickets will be sent home to families in years 7 and 8. If you have not received any raffle tickets (Year 9+) but you wish to enter the draw, you can order books of tickets and pay here.
Tickets can then be collected from the school office.
If you have received books of raffle tickets (distributed to Larch - Year 8), you may pay for your tickets online, here, or pay in the usual way with cash or cheque (payable to Simon Balle PSA).
Completed counterfoils for all tickets purchased are to be returned in the provided envelope, along with payment or Order Number (recorded on EACH counterfoil purchased), if payment has been made online.
Return all counterfoils by Friday 12th July.
If you wish to collect raffle tickets from the school office and return payment by cash or cheque, you do not need to order online.
We are looking for a huge number of helpers to volunteer during the Slice of Summer. Can you give up just an hour of your time? If so, please complete this form.
Larch to Year 8 - a bundle of 20 tickets will be sent home. We are aware that many families have multiple children at Simon Balle and will receive a large number of tickets. There is, of course, no expectation to make a large purchase - please do return any unwanted tickets so that we may pass them onto other families. Or pass on to friends, neighbours and relatives who may be able to support the raffle!
To remain compliant with The Gambling Commission’s rules and regulations, please note that children aged below 16 years may not purchase tickets and that an Adult’s name should be recorded on the counterfoils.

How to help the School PSA when you shop online...
Whilst fund-raising is a major part of a PSA's activities and directly contributes to the improvement of the school, there's a lot more to it than that. The PSA provides a great way to build the whole school community, including links with the wider society, all of which benefits the school and offers a positive influence within the local area.
