Stall holder booking is strictly by invitation. Please do no proceed with your booking unless you have been provided with this booking link by the organisers.
This year the Festive Market is being held in the Secondary Phase of the school. Pitches will be approximately 6ft in length and will be located inside the school buildings.
Pitch fees are £20 plus a contribution to our raffle (thank you!) Tables are provided at no additional fee, but please feel free to bring your own table if you prefer.
Pitch fees are non-refundable if cancellation is received after 20th November 2021, unless Simon Balle PSA is able to reallocate the pitch prior to the event.
Covid Measures for the Festive Fair:
Stall holders must not attend if displaying covid symptoms on the day of the event (persistent cough; loss or change to sense of smell and/or taste; high temperature)

If symptom-free, stall holders are requested to please carry out a lateral flow test in the preceding 24 hours before the event. In the event of a positive LFT, a negative PCR result is required in order to attend the event.
Stall holders should consider using contactless payment systems is possible during the event and should ensure that they maintain good levels of basic hygiene throughout.

How to help the School PSA when you shop online...
Whilst fund-raising is a major part of a PSA's activities and directly contributes to the improvement of the school, there's a lot more to it than that. The PSA provides a great way to build the whole school community, including links with the wider society, all of which benefits the school and offers a positive influence within the local area.
