Please join us for the annual Ridgeway Fireworks display - a highlight of the school fundraising calendar. Gates open at 4.30pm, entry at the Upper School gates. Entertainment includes all the normal pre-fireworks stalls including:

-  Hot Food

-  Tuck Shop & Popcorn

-  Hot & cold drinks (including a licensed bar serving beer and mulled wine)

-  Glow Products

Firework display is at 6pm.

BOOK EARLY TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT AS LAST 5 YEARS WE HAVE SOLD OUT! 

Earlybird advance tickets with a 10% saving will be available until Sunday 20th October.  Tickets will then be £6 per adult / £4 per child until midday on Sunday 3rd November.

Tickets on the gate will be available, subject to availability priced at £7 per adult / £5 per child.

Under 2's are free.

Tickets are available for both school pupils, their friends and family and the whole of our local community.  If you don't have a child attending Ridgeway School we would love you to join us, please just select 'other guest' instead of school class at the check-out. 

Ticket refunds 
If a ticket holder is unable to attend an event, the ticket cost will be treated as a donation to the PTCA Charitable Fund. In some instances, and with prior agreement, tickets may be transferred. In extenuating circumstances, refunds maybe made at the discretion of the PTCA.  
 
Cancelation or Postponement of an Event  
If the PTCA is forced to cancel or postpone the event for any reason, we will notify ticket holders as soon as possible using the contact details supplied. 
 
Event postponement 
The PTCA will notify ticket holders of the new date and automatically transfer them onto this.  
 
If ticket holders are unable to attend the new date, the PTCA will treat the ticket cost as a donation to the Ridgeway PTCA unless they; 
Transfer the ticket to another person/s 
Request a refund for the cost of the ticket, minus any booking fees. Requests must be made within 5 days of the new date being announced and must be submitted in writing to ridgewaypta@hotmail.co.uk 
 
Event cancelation 
Ticket holders may request a refund for the cost of the ticket minus any booking fees. Requests must be made within 14 days and must be submitted in writing to ridgewaypta@hotmail.co.uk If the PTCA does not receive a written request from ticket holders within the refund time frame, the ticket cost will be treated as a donation to the Ridgeway School PTCA Charitable Fund.  
 
Notes;  
The PTCA is not liable for any additional costs incurred by ticket holders such as, but not limited to, travel, accommodation or welfare.  
 
During the Event;  
All ticket holders must abide by the rules relating to the event and any instructions given by PTCA committee members and/or their agents. Failure to follow any such rules or instructions may result in the PTCA refusing entry or ticket holders being asked to leave site. Tickets will not be refunded and will be treated as a donation to the PTCA Charitable Fund.
