FAQ

This is not compulsory but is particularly useful for new starters and helps us if we have need to contact the class - as winners of a inter-year or class competition for example. 

Should you wish your contact details to be visible to other parents in your child's class, you can give your consent to share them when registering each of your children to their specific class list.  Your details will not be visible to anyone else in the school apart from the administrators of this website, all of whom have been DBS checked.

Each class has it's own password which you will be able to get from your class rep or by contacting the FSA.  You can contact us via the 'About us' drop down menu above and selecting 'Contact us' at the bottom of the list.

To register your child, go to 'My Account' in the blue top bar, choose 'Class Mailing Lists' (as shown below) and click on the link in the yellow bar. 

 

Some of the fields in the pop-up window may have been auto-filled.  If so, delete the info and enter text as required. 

 

 

You may do this for as many children as you have in the school.  We will update the class names each year.

Head to https://www.pta-events.co.uk/oaklodgefsa and sign in

Head to the My Account section at the top of the page

Click on the Preferences tab beneath the Facebook, Twitter etc icons 

Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Exercise your right to erasure

Follow the prompts to remove your information and no longer receive info from the FSA. 

 

Please click here and follow the instructions to request your password be reset. If you are still encountering difficulties, please email with more information and we will verify your registration then reset your password.

There could be many reasons why you didn't receive an order confirmation email from us.

Firstly, please first check your spam or junk mail folder to check it hasn't been filtered to there.

Secondly, please ensure you add us to your contact list or safe sender list.

Finally, if you are using an email service provider such as Hotmail or AOL please be advised that they restrict the volume of messages that can be received from a sender and therefore you should download your tickets from "My Account" section of the The Oak Lodge FSA website.

 

Yes. If you have been issued a ticket for an event, please ensure you print your tickets so they can be scanned on entry to the event.

Each ticket has a unique QR code on it which identifies you. We use sophisticated scanning technology which seamlessly synchronises scanned tickets to a central database.

This way we are aware of who is on site during the event and can ensure that tickets are not fraudulently used multiple times, therefore keeping your ticket price down.
