If you need something to work towards, a reason to get yourself out the door. Then sign up anytime throughout January to take part in our Virtual Run.

Choose your distance from 1 km, 5km or 10km. you are welcome to run, jog or walk your chosen distance at any time, using any route you plan until the end of February. All I ask is that you track your travel and send it to me as evidence of your participation.

To track your distance you don't need a fancy gps tracker gadget, although use of these is allowed. There are many apps which can be used on your phone (Fitbit, Mapmyrun, NHS Active 10). Simply take a screenshot or share either to secretary.ptamgis@gmail.com or on the Meath Green Infant School Virtual run facebook page.

In return for completing your chosen distance, you will receive a bespoke Meath Green Infant School Medal designed by one of the children, Glory and self satisfaction.

Please select your child's class when signing up, or email an address with your completed distance evidence in order to receive your medal.

Entry to the Virtual Run is £10 per adult and £5 per Child. You can sign up whenever you like throughout January, use this month to practice or train. Then complete your distance with a tracker at some point in February. Medals will be sent out once your evidence has been submitted.
