*Latchmere School Parents Association (LSPA) involvement - can you help?*

Our school community plays a huge part in supporting the school through fundraising, social and community projects.

The LSPA coordinates a range of events each year ranging from summer fairs to school discos to teacher wellness events. And on average every year drives our collective fundraising efforts to raise c.£50,000.

This summer a number of our committee members including Co-Chairs Livvy & Anna are leaving the committee and we are looking for 5-10 people to join.

Katie, Nina and Steph have agreed to co-chair the committee for 18 months but they will need your help….

We are looking for parents who can either spare regular time throughout the year or who can throw their energy behind a specific event.

It is a really rewarding way to help
our school, to get more connected to other parents and teachers and it can absolutely fit around work and family commitments.

This year we are opening up 10 seller stalls to local business at the 2024 Latchmere Summer Fair!

We know there are some incredible small business owners in our community and we would love to have you join in with all the fun of the fair!

Please ensure you bring the following equipment with you.

1. A table and chairs (if you require one)

2. A gazebo and any posters or signage  - your stall will be located outside and does not have access to a power supply

3. Your own card reader payment method as we operate a cashless fair

4. To remove any rubbish generated by your stall at the fair yourself

5.To offer a prize for our Grand Raffle

6. All relevant forms required will be sent to you, these must be filled in and returned to us before you attend the fair

We have entered 2 boats - a men’s boat and a women’s boat.

The cost will be £100 per person - this covers entry and 6 training sessions (dates for training are pre-booked).
