Using the classic clarinet and vibes-led quintet format, Pete Long (Clarinet) and Anthony Kerr (Vibraphone) join the House Trio to revisit some of the iconic treatments of jazz standards made famous by the great Benny Goodman.

Benny Goodman was an American jazz clarinetist and bandleader known as the "King of Swing". In the mid-1930s, Goodman led one of the most popular musical groups in the United States. His Carnegie Hall concert in New York City in 1938 is described by critic Bruce Eder as "the single most important jazz or popular music concert in history".

PETE LONG has worked with them all - from Jules Holland to Dizzie Gillespie - and, as Clive Davis of The Times says - "He's a National Treasure" - a great musician and simply superlative entertainer.

ANTHONY KERR is regarded by many as the most enchanting, exciting and original vibrophone player in the jazz idiom today - performing with the likes of Georgie Fame, BBC Big Band, George Shearing, Charlie Watts.

Doors open at 7 pm with live music running from approximately 7.45 pm – 10.15 pm (with a 30 minute interval). Tables & Seating All reservations/bookings are guaranteed a seat. Seating will be in a cabaret-style format with tables. Group bookings of 6 or more will be seated together wherever possible.
