We need volunteers to help set up Movie Night event: Start the cooking of the hotdogs. ● Wrap hot dog in Foil ● Allocate sweets/popcorn/drinks as per list ● All helpers to wash hands and wear gloves ● Must leave this area clean and tidy by 3pm

We need volunteers to help run the Movie Night event: ● All Helpers to serve hotdogs ● Sell additional sweets/popcorn £1.00. ● Ensure all children are sitting down and assist the teachers with keeping the room quiet whilst the movie is on. ● If children are being disruptive please speak to the children, teacher in the classroom or Susan/Faye. ● At the end help tidy up and place chairs and tables back to normal. ● No mobile phones to be used by pupil or volunteers during the event ● Year 6 - no phones allowed. These can be given to the teacher in the classroom and collected at the end.
