Friends of the Croft School have invited a group of naughty Christmas elves to picturesque Painswick for the first week of the school holidays. The Painswick Naughty Elf Trail will run from 18th-23rd December with a £200 John Lewis voucher as the star prize, and it’s specially designed to be Covid-safe whatever level of local restrictions may be in place.
Approximately 20 naughty Christmas elves will be up to all kinds of mischief in window displays around the village. Household groups can follow a map to spot the elves – at any time over the six days. And thanks to generous sponsorship, each trail map purchased brings a chance to WIN THE £200 JOHN LEWIS VOUCHER.
Maps cost just £3 each and can be purchased below. Complete the trail and solve the anagram for a chance to win the £200 John Lewis voucher. Your map will be e-mailed to you at least one week before the event starts. One entry into the draw per map purchased. Multiple maps may be purchased, for multiple entries into the draw.
Unfortunately we don’t have any future events planned at the moment.

Please help us to reach our target so that we can continue ongoing improvements to the outdoor forest school and pool areas.

The Friends of the Croft School (FOTCS) committee aim to raise funds to pay for extras that don't come under the ordinary school budget. During the last few years we've funded new playground equipment in both KS1 and KS2 playgrounds, installed a lodge in the nature area and supplied learning materials for the classrooms.
The majority of the key social events at the school are organised by FOTCS. Typically, FOTCS holds a Quiz in spring, Safari Supper, Ice Cream Fridays and Summer Fair in the summer term, Fireworks, a Disco and Christmas Raffle in the winter term. Sadly due to Covid restrictions we've had to postpone this year.
The emphasis is always on having fun, as well as raising money. FOTCS always welcomes willing volunteers - we would love all parents to get involved. If you would like to be a part of the team or would enjoy helping out or bringing new ideas to the table please contact Chair Amy Conroy/Sophie Jacobs/Mel Curtis or vice Chair Natasha Cook 2021
