The AGM is held in mid-October each year. At the AGM everyone receives the accounts for the previous financial year and a report from the Committee on the activities since the last AGM.
Election of Committee Members and an Indepedent Examiner
If any Committee members have left the School, or have stood down, new members are elected. When the agenda is circulated in advance of the meeting it will be made clear if there are any vacancies on the Committee. If you would like to be considered for a vacancy please email the Secretary. As there is a limited number of places on the Committee if there are more nominees than vacant places on the Committee everyone present will be invited to vote. An Independent Examiner is also elected at the meeting.
