The AGM is held in mid-October each year. At the AGM everyone receives the accounts for the previous financial year and a report from the Committee on the activities since the last AGM.
Election of Committee Members and an Indepedent Examiner
If any Committee members have left the School or stood down, new members are elected. When the agenda is circulated in advance of the meeting, it will be made clear if there are any vacancies on the Committee. If you would like to be considered for a vacancy, please email the Secretary. As there is a limited number of places on the Committee, if there are more nominees than vacant places on the Committee, everyone present will be invited to vote. An Independent Examiner is also elected at the meeting.
2017-2018 Fundraising Total. We are hoping to raise another £35K in this academic year. These funds will continue to go to Bishop Gilpin's new entrance project: parent shelters, seating, bike shelters.

Magic Shows (Friday 06 December)
All parents, governors and staff are automatically members of The Friends of Bishop Gilpin (FOBG). FOBG fundraises to buy things that the school budget cannot afford.
The Committee meets twice a term to decide on fundraising activities and also on how to spend the money raised. All parents are welcome to come along to meetings.
