DICK WHITTINGTON AT ROYAL AND DERNGATE

Further Information

CCS Friends are excited to offer tickets for this years panto, Dick Whittington, at The Royal and Derngate Theatre.  We have secured fantastic seats in the stalls.    All tickets are for sale at the special price of £20 each. Seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis.  Please note CCS Friends add a small fee for the cost of the events booking system.

Performance showing 5pm Sunday 12th December 2021

Our hero Dick Whittington is heading to London to seek his fame, fortune and happiness. With his trusty cat Tommy in tow and magical Fairy Bow Bells leading the way what could possibly go wrong? But the evil King Rat has other plans and soon Dick Whittington is on an action-packed adventure that takes him from London to the high seas. Will he make it back to become the Lord Mayor? Can he outwit King Rat and free London from his team of revolting rodents? One thing’s for sure – he’s going need a little help from you if he’s going to save the day.

In the event of a further lockdown or change in measures, if the performance can still go ahead there will be no refunds.  In a situation where the theatre is required to limit numbers attending we will confirm the details of the arrangements of those affected. If the performance cannot go ahead then a refund, credit or exchange will be offered.

Fundraising

Inspired by Mrs Laundon; The Garden of Hope.

We are delighted to have funded Phase One of a special sensory and wellbeing garden inspired by the life and service of Mrs Laundon, part of our EYFS team for many years. It will be a safe and relaxing environment, in which children and adults alike can sit and enjoy the quiet, surrounded by plants that appeal to all of the senses. Your donations will help to fund the vision for Phase Two of this project, which will see paving added, a further weather sail, and an item of special interest, which is still to be decided.

CCS Friends will be running a variety of fundraising activities to support this.

We appreciate any one off donations to this wonderful project.
