Halloween Disco, Wednesday 30th October
The PTA Halloween Disco is a great opportunity for kids to have fun and raise much needed funds for the school.
THERE WILL BE 2 DISCOS:
3:45-4:45pm - Key Stage 1 disco for pupils in Reception, Year 1, and Year 2
5:15-6:30pm - Key Stage 2 disco for pupils in Year 3, Year 4, Year 5, Year 6
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN YOUR TICKET:
Entry to the disco, a hot dog, unlimited water and fruit squash
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED:
Sweets will be available for purchase from the disco tuck shop. If your child would like to purchase a treat, please ensure they bring some cash with them.
WHAT TO WEAR:
If your child would like to wear a Halloween costume to the disco, please ensure they have packed it in their school bag or please bring it to school pick-up. Please note there will be a non-uniform day at school on the day of the disco, but Halloween costumes CANNOT be worn during the school day.
ADULT SUPERVISION REQUIREMENTS:
Please note each Reception pupil will need to have a parent accompanying them during the disco.
A group of Year 1 and Year 2 pupils may attend with one supervising adult.
Years 3-6 pupils may attend independently.
CAN YOU HELP?
We can't put on these events without the wonderful support of our parent community. Can you help us out with one of the following jobs?
- Purchasing squash and treats to sell at the tuck shop
- Helping with disco set up from 2:30-3:30pm
- Supervising the KS1 disco from 3:30-5pm
- Supervising the KS2 disco from 5-6:30pm
- Cleaning up from 6:30-7pm

Drop into our planning meetings every second Friday at 9:15am in the Training Room (the timber clad building accessed via the cobbled lane next to the school allotment). The next one is on Friday, 18th October.
WHAT WE'RE RAISING FUNDS FOR:
- A new climbing frame for EYFS
- School trips including the Year 6 residential to Ghyll Head
- Artist-led enrichment programmes in school
- A trim trail for KS1 and KS2
