The Boxgrove Summer BBQ is almost here! We look forward to sharing this event with
everyone on Friday, 12th July 2024!

The gates will open at 5pm and close at 9pm, so please bring your family and picnic blanket and join us for some fun in the sun to celebrate a wonderful 2024 school year and to welcome the new 2024 Reception families to our school community!

There will be a fantastic BBQ, Bar, ice-cream van, music as well as fun field games and
activities for the kids, provided by Camp Beaumont.

BBQ food orders will go live from Wednesday, 19 June 2024 and close on Wednesday, 3 July at Midnight. Food will only be served from 5pm - 7.30pm so please be sure to collect your order in that time!

Please note, there will be no option to buy BBQ food on the day if you have not preordered this, so don't forget to place your order!

Alongside the BBQ there will be a wellstocked Bar which will sell alcoholic and soft drinks as well a few select snacks. Cash is preferred at the bar, but a card machine will be available.

Lastly, a big THANK YOU to all who have volunteered to help at the BBQ already, without
your support this event would not happen! However, we still need volunteers to help with
the BBQ, Bar and general set-up and take down before and after the event. Please let your
Class Rep or the School Office know if you can help!
