Welcome to the Birch Copse PTA Uniform shop. This service is run by parent volunteers, and while we endeavour to get your purchases to you within a few days of your order, on the rare occasion there might be a small delay, either as a result of stock arriving late, or one of our wonderful team needing to attend to a personal committment. If this is ever the case, we will get in touch to let you know when you may be able to expect your uniform. All purchases include admin fees associated with using our online purchasing system. Thank you for supporting Birch Copse in buying your uniform through us today, and all money raised will be used to purchase essential equipment for the school and its children.

Exchange/refunds

We are happy to exchange or refund an item providing it is returned to us within 10 days and returned unused and in the same condition that you received it. In the first instance, please send an email to ptauniformshop@birchcopse.w-berks.sch.uk and our Uniform team will send you a returns form to complete. Once you have completed the form, please take this and the uniform item(s) to the school office.

Pupil Premium orders

If you are eligible for Pupil Premium and would like to place an order for uniform, please collect an order form from the school office. The form needs to be returned to the office upon completion.
